Conference Fee Subsidies
We know that MYC can be expensive for students, even though the value is good. We don't want finances to be a barrier to anyone attending, so if you're not able to afford the cost of MYC, please contact your Campus Registrar to find out about the subsidies available. If your campus is not listed, contact us and we'll put you in touch with the right person.
Payment Methods
When you register you will be able to choose from two payment methods:
1. credit card (with incurs a small processing fee), or
2. bank deposit.
A bank deposit can be done via online banking or by taking your money into a Commonwealth Bank branch and depositing it into the MYC account. You will receive the account details when you select this option on the registration form.
Registration Deadline
The deadline to register for MYC is Monday 16th June.
This is to allow us to complete important planning steps for each person attending, such as allocating accommodation and ordering materials. Due to the time required to complete these processes, this deadline is not negotiable, so please make sure you submit your reigstration by that date, and let any friends you're inviting know that they need to do so as well.

Part Time Attendance
You are very welcome to come to as much of MYC as you're available for; before you register, contact us to let us know when you're planning to attend and we'll let you know the part time rate for that time and give you special instructions for registering.
